Southampton Marine Services, the specialist ship building, ship repairs and steel fabrication company, which operates across all aspects of the marine industry, has taken unit 1, comprising a 15,000 sq ft (1,393 sq m) boat building facility with direct water access, on a new 10-year lease at a stepped rent rising to £86,950 pa in the fifth year.

Robert Gray of Southampton Marine Services said “Following two highly successful years at Hythe Marine Park we are pleased to confirm our relocation to Ocean Quay Marina and anticipate that this move will allow us to further expand and innovate in our specialist ship building and repair services.”
Existing occupiers at the 3 acre (1.21 hectare) Marine Business Park, include Bowman Power and SeaStar Survey.
