LETTINGS AT LION & LAMB YARD, FARNHAM

MDDT Nominees Limited and Wolfe Nominees SA, advised by Wadham & Isherwood and CWM, have let two units at the Lion & Lamb Yard in Farnham, Surrey to Fenn Wright Manson and Cote.

The high end ladies fashion retailer Fenn Wright & Manson has taken Unit 10 comprising 690 sq ft (62 sq m) on a ten-year lease at an average annual rent of just over £40,000.

In addition the French Brasserie Cote has taken a pre-let of Unit 26 which will accommodate a brand new restaurant facility incorporating the former Listed Persian Carpet Gallery, totalling just over 4,000 sq ft (371 sq m). The unit, on which work will commence imminently and is scheduled to complete in January 2010, will be arranged on ground and first floor with outside seating area. The rent agreed is £85,000 per annum on a 15-year lease.

The Lion & Lamb Yard is an award winning scheme comprising 59,000 sq ft (5,481 sq m) of retail space and 13,000 sq ft (1,207sq m) of offices. Existing tenants include Waitrose, Laura Ashley, Monsoon, Orvis, Starbucks and Waterstones.
