Andrew Barber BSc (Hons)
Andrew has over twenty years experience of marketing and public relations in the commercial property sector, having started his career as an office and industrial surveyor in 1987 with Prudential Commercial Property Services/Cubbit & West in Guildford.
In 1989 he joined Vail Williams, where he became an associate partner dealing with industrial and office agency in the Hampshire and M3 areas. Clients included Slough Estates (SEGRO), PSIT/MEPC (Chineham Park), Crest Nicholson, Hostmead Developments, IBM, Standard Life and Sony and Barclays Mercantile. Andrew was a member of both the Office Agents Society and the Industrial Agents Society
When Andrew left Vail Williams he made the switch to a PR, media relations and marketing role and since 2001 has advised property investors, developers, surveyors and agents on corporate marketing, publicity and media strategies within the UK and European commercial property markets.
Andrew's clients have included: SEGRO, Jones Lang LaSalle Retail (formerly Churston Heard), DE & J Levy, E A Shaw , Miller Birch (ng2), Miller Developments, Highcross, Garden Park Investments and MEPC (Chineham Park).
He also advised the Greenham Common Trust - a not for profit organisation that generates its income from its investment in New Greenham Park, the 150-acre business park on the site of the former Greenham Common Airbase“ on its marketing and communications strategy. In 2003 and 2008, on behalf of the Trust, he successfully applied for the Queen's Award for Enterprise: Sustainable Development for the regeneration of New Greenham Park. This remains a unique achievement in the commercial property sector.
In addition Andrew previously sat on the national committee of the Office Agents Society, advising on public and media relations.

Kate Titchmarsh BSc (Hons), Dip CIPR, MCIPR, MCIM
Kate has worked within the property sector since 2002 as a specialist commercial property public relations practitioner. Starting as a junior account executive, Kate has worked her way up to director level.
Over that time she has worked with a variety of surveyors, developers,property companies and asset managers, advising them on corporate public relations and communications strategies, media relations, crisis management, event organisation and marketing plans.
