TFT, the independent property and construction consultancy, has appointed Michael Scott as Senior Building Surveyor at its Birmingham office.

Michael joins from Watts Group, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience of commercial practice as a Chartered Surveyor. Michael has worked across a broad range of business sectors, however his key strengths are the provision of due diligence and compliance services to retail and office sector clients as well as building surveys, fire risk assessments, contract administration and project fund monitoring.

Michael is currently a member of the RICS Assessor Panel and the Fire Protection Association.
